Privacy Policy

Information you give us when you create an account, place an order, submit an enquiry, register for certifications, apply for partnerships or franchises, join our directory or subscribe to updates: for example your name, email address, phone number, postal address, business details and anything else you choose to share.

Technical information collected automatically, such as device and browser type, operating system, IP address, pages visited and usage patterns, through cookies and similar technologies.

When you buy from our online store we collect your name, mobile number, email address, delivery address, billing address (if different) and, for business purchases, your company name and GSTIN. We use them to process, deliver, invoice and support your order, including cancellations, returns and refunds.

We share only what each service needs: payments are handled by Razorpay (we never see or store your card or bank details); your name, phone and address go to our shipping partner Shiprocket and its courier companies to deliver or collect your parcel; order emails are sent through our email provider; and our website and data are hosted on Google Cloud / Firebase.

You can create an account by signing in with a one-time code sent to your email or with Google; we do not store passwords. Your account shows your orders and remembers addresses you used. You can remove saved addresses or delete your account at any time from Login & security.

After an order, Google may offer you an optional survey (Google Customer Reviews). If you choose to take part, your email address, order number and delivery date are shared with Google for that survey, under Google's privacy policy. Product reviews you write on our site show your first name and last initial.

Order records and GST invoices are kept for the period required by Indian tax law, even if you delete your account.

We use cookies and similar technologies for three purposes:

• Essential: to keep you signed in, remember your cart and checkout, and keep the website secure. The website needs these to work.
• Analytics: Google Analytics (Google) shows us how visitors use the site, and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft) shows how pages are used through heatmaps and session recordings. Clarity is set to hide personal details: what you type into forms, and your account, checkout and order pages, are masked and never recorded.
• Advertising measurement: Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms) measures our Facebook and Instagram ads, including when an ad leads to a purchase (the order number and amount, never your payment details).

These tools may collect your device and browser type, pages visited, approximate location (from your IP address) and the shopping actions described above. The providers process this information under their own privacy policies, and it may be processed outside India. Our staff and admin pages are not tracked.

Your choices: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings (blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the website, such as the cart, from working); opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on; and manage how Meta uses your activity for ads in your Facebook ad preferences.

We use service providers for payments, shipping, analytics, advertising, sign-in, email and hosting. They process information on our behalf under their own privacy policies and applicable law.

We send emails about your orders, account, certifications and programs. With your consent we may also send newsletters and offers; you can opt out at any time using the link in those emails. Order and account emails are not marketing and are always sent.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction, including encrypted connections and limited staff access.

Our website and services are not intended for children under the age of 18 without parental or guardian supervision.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law, you can:

• access a summary of your personal information
• ask us to correct or update it
• ask us to delete it (subject to records we must keep by law, such as invoices)
• withdraw consent and opt out of marketing
• nominate someone to exercise these rights for you
• raise a grievance with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India
