Refund & Cancellation Policy

Scope

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to certification programs, yoga classes, workshops, wellness services, physical products, franchise-related services and other offerings provided by Yoganta Technologies Private Limited ("Yoganta", "we", "our", or "us").

Certification Programs

Enrollment fees paid for certification programs, including but not limited to Yoga Teacher Training, Mudgar Instructor Training and Ice Bath Instructor Training, are generally non-refundable once the participant has been granted access to course materials, learning resources or live sessions.

If cancellation is requested before course access has been provided, Yoganta may review the request on a case-by-case basis and may approve a partial refund after deducting applicable administrative charges.

Workshops & Events

Registration fees for workshops, seminars, retreats and special events are generally non-refundable. Participants may request to transfer their registration to another batch or event, subject to availability and approval by Yoganta.

Yoga Classes & Wellness Services

Fees paid for online classes, home yoga sessions, corporate wellness programs or other wellness services are generally non-refundable after the service has commenced. Missed sessions may be eligible for rescheduling where applicable under the respective program guidelines.

Physical Products

Refunds or replacements for physical products are available only for items received in damaged, defective or incorrect condition. Any such issue should be reported within seven (7) days of delivery with appropriate photographs and supporting information.

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling or normal wear and tear are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Franchise & Business Services

Fees paid towards franchise applications, consulting, business development services or customized commercial engagements may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.

Refund Processing

Where a refund has been approved, it will generally be processed using the original payment method within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days, depending on the payment provider and banking channels involved.

Cancellation by Yoganta

If Yoganta cancels a scheduled batch, workshop or event due to unforeseen circumstances, participants may be offered an alternative batch, program credit or refund, as determined by Yoganta.

Exceptional Circumstances

Yoganta understands that exceptional personal situations may arise. Requests made under extraordinary circumstances will be reviewed individually at our sole discretion. Approval of such requests does not create a precedent for future cases.

Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices or legal obligations. Updated versions will be published on this page with the revised effective date.
