These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, mobile applications and services provided by Yoganta Technologies Private Limited ("Yoganta", "we", "us", "our"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and the policies referenced here. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when published on this page, and continued use of the Services means you accept them.

Yoganta offers yoga and wellness services, certifications, training programs, Yoga & Fitness Accessories, directory services, franchise opportunities and related offerings. Availability, pricing and specifications may change; changes never affect orders already placed.

Orders. An order is confirmed once payment is received and we send the order confirmation email. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item becomes unavailable or cannot be delivered to the address given.

Prices and taxes. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Delivery is free across India. The price shown at checkout is the total you pay; there are no extra charges.

Payment. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). We do not see or store your card or bank details.

Delivery. Orders ship from our fulfillment hub in Nalanda, Bihar, as described in our Shipping Policy. A GST invoice is emailed when your order ships.

Cancellations, returns and refunds. You can cancel before shipping and return products within 10 days of delivery for any reason, as set out in our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.

Reviews. Customers who received a product can review it. Reviews must be honest and about the product, and must not contain personal details, links or offensive language. Reviews that break these rules are not published.

Product information. We describe products as accurately as we can. Handcrafted wooden products may vary slightly in grain, colour and weight.

You can shop as a guest or sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, or with Google. We do not use passwords for customer accounts. Please keep access to your email account secure, as it is how you sign in. You can delete your account at any time from Login & security; order records and GST invoices are kept as required by law.

Certification programs and training courses may have specific eligibility requirements, assessment criteria, attendance requirements and completion standards. Yoganta may modify certification requirements, program structures and evaluation methods when necessary.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways, banking channels and other authorized methods. You agree to provide accurate payment information and comply with applicable payment terms.

Refund, cancellation and rescheduling rules vary by product, service, certification, event, training program or partnership offering. They are set out in our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.

All content on this website, including logos, trademarks, branding, training and certification materials, documents, images, videos, graphics, text and software, is owned by or licensed to Yoganta Technologies Private Limited. Use, reproduction, distribution or modification without prior written consent is prohibited.

You agree not to misuse the website, violate applicable laws, interfere with website operations, infringe intellectual property rights or engage in fraudulent, harmful or unauthorized activities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yoganta is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of our website, products, services or certifications. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law.

Our website works with third-party services such as payment, shipping, authentication and analytics providers. We are not responsible for their own policies or practices.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, without affecting your right as a consumer to approach the consumer commission where you live. Before going to court, please contact our Grievance Officer (details on the Contact page); we acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.
